This publication is the product of the collective work between several national and international researchers interested in presenting different reflections on the quality of work-life and decent work, understood as new paradigms in organizations. With this, we seek to reflect on the value that this topic represents in everyday life and for the development of an inclusive society based on the value of people as a fundamental element for organizational development.
